Question: How often do you park your car in your Garage??
If the answer the question is very rarely or more likely NEVER, but you do struggle for living space in your house then why not consider a garage conversion?

That 12ft however converted into a new room could make all the difference to your family home and the way you lead your lives. If you have a double garage then the perfect solution could be a part conversion, maybe one side of the garage so that you can still park you car away at night and still gain a room. The other option is converting just the back half so that you can still use the front as storage, still allowing use of the large garage doors.
Some of the potential uses of this space are:

This was a double garage fully converted including a raised cushioned floor. The room did however keep one fully functioning garage door behind the curtain. The other door remains on the outside but internally is closed off.
